Eroski has inaugurated 67 franchises in 2022 with a global investment of 12 million euros and has generated 397 puestos de trabajo. Además, Durante El Ejercicio 2023 tiene previsto inaugurar 65 franquicias.
This expansion, together with the transformation emprendida en su red de tiendas propias, represents a strong impetus to the extension of the business model 'contigo' that defines the new generation of tiendas de la cooperativa.
The comunidades autónomas donde se ha concentrado el mayor número de inauguration son Cataluña (31), Andalucía (9), País Vasco y Baleares (6). The siguen Madrid (5) y Galicia (4).
Eroski maintains así el ritmo de aperturas de franchises de años anteriores, que a balance de 294 inaugurations en los últimos cinco años y finaliza el año con 603 franchised supermarkets.
